TAXES: Tax will be added to California Residents.
ARTWORK: If artwork is needed it will be billed at $80.00 per hour with a 1/4 hour minimum.
INK CHANGES: If you require any ink changes they will be billed at $15 ea.
RUSH CHARGES: Please allow 14 days after final art is sent to print and ship your order. Many times we can print your order in 7 days. A rush charge may be added if your turn around is needed in less than a week. The charge will depend on how fast you need your order.
SHIPPING: We ship UPS ground from Orange County, Ca. Other arrangements can be made if necessary.
CANCELLATIONS: Once the order is in progress and payment has been made, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and any art fees that you have incurred if the order is cancelled. The balance will be refunded. Once the order goes to production it cannot be cancelled.
